When you pay your subscription with the Edu add-on, the payment is processed through our secure payment system.

The system automatically separates your base subscription from your scholarship contribution. This happens instantly at the time of payment.

Your base subscription funds platform operations, while your scholarship portion is deposited into the dedicated scholarship fund.

Scholarships are awarded quarterly based on fund health. We distribute awards across multiple schools to maximize impact.

To qualify for scholarships, students must submit a quarterly reflection essay on the RevoVend EDU app.

Important: Students who do not submit their essay by the deadline will be ineligible for that quarter's scholarships and must reapply for the next quarter.

All membership contributions from every participating school are pooled together into one fund. This maximizes our impact and allows us to distribute scholarships across more campuses.
Flexible Event Access
Your allotted events per semester can be used at ANY participating school - not just one campus. This gives business owners maximum flexibility to reach students across multiple universities.
100% Transparency
The scholarship fund operates with full transparency. Funds collected for education purposes remain in the dedicated scholarship pool and are used exclusively for educational support within the RevoVend ecosystem.
